A Christmas Carol
What better way to usher in the Holiday Season than with our benefit presentation of “A Christmas Carol”?
Join storyteller Steven Methot with musicians Natalie Manzer (harp and guitar) and Barbra King (Mandolin and Fiddle) for this dramatic re-creation of a Charles Dickens Soiree, and hear the tale of Scrooge as Dickens himself told it. This is a play, not a reading; the tale is presented from memory. Come share in the magic and mystery of this timeless story, and if you’re so inclined, come in Victorian costume and make Mr. Dickens feel at home.
What: A Christmas Carol Play presented by Steven Methot, Natalie Manzer and Barbra King
When: Sunday December 14 @ 2pm (doors open at 1:40pm)
Cost: By donation at the door, benefitting Cowichan Neighbourhood House in Chemainus
Where: Saltair Community Centre Gym, 3850 South Oyster School Road
Contact: Debbie Neil - debbieneil27@gmail.com or 250-924-4003
